Bottle. Clear amber with no head. Aroma is apples, fruit and rashberries. Flavour is apples, fruit, notes of rashberries, medium sweet, little tart, little over carbonated, white wine and dry.

Bottle @ America Strikes Back, Ulfborg. Pours fizzy, clear ivory amber with quickly disappearing white head. Clear aroma of apples and some berries. Sweetish flavour of apples and a sourish hint of berries. Dry aftertaste. An OK spumante thingy but more interesting than delicious.

Big fizzy shortlasting head. Aroma is kind of "fizzy", slightly neutral, apples, hay, hints of alcohol. Taste is slightly boozy, apples, harsh grass, alcohol, apple skin. High carbonation, definately inspired by the champagne method. Not bad, but I’d rather have the regular grocery shop cider from Egge.

Sample from 75 cl. bottle. Clear, golden colour, no head. Sweet, earthy aroma of apples, apple juice, acidic notes. Taste is light sweet. Medium body, no carbonation. Finishes dry with tart apples.

Bottle 75 cl. Pours a clear golden with a tiny, rough white head. Thick, cleab apple aroma with a little alcohol coming through. Medium body, completely flat. Clean apple juice notes with only slightly noticable alcohol. Very easy drinking though. 130913

Aroma is lots of Aroma apples, oak, grass, apple skin, sugar, nice warming alcohol. Taste is very fresh and concentrated with masses of fresh acidic Aroma apples, sour apple skin, grass, sugar, nice warming alcohol and oaky finish. Lovely stuff!

No head, and no carbonation like it should have. Aroma is slightly concentrated, lots of lovely aroma apples, caramel, hints of hay and grass. Taste is slightly dry and watery, fresh aroma apples, grass, apple skin, hay, caramel, hints of alcohol. A little boring taste compared to aroma, very thin body. Not bad, very easy drinking.
