Bottle @ Papsø. Pours a clear pale amber golden color with a no head. Has a fruity slightly spicy ripe apple aroma. Sweetish fruity slightly spicy tart apple flavor. Has a sweetish fruity tart spicy apple finish.

Big shortlasting fizzy head. Aroma is smooth and balanced, no alcohol for being this strong, fresh green apples, hay, some yeast and grass. Taste is refreshing, a little dry, sour apples, hay, yeast, citrus peel, grass, a touch of warming alcohol. Some bitterness. A very refreshing cider with well hidden alcohol. Perfect in the summer sun, or even as a aperitif.

Frisk fruktig lukt med preg av masse friske aromaepler, gjær, høy, litt sitrus. Frisk lett syrlig fruktig smak med preg av masse friske aromaepler, gras, gjær, høy. Lett uttørrande munnfølelse. Frisk, veldig lettdrikkelig.

Bottle 37,5 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a clear reddish amber. Intense overripe apple aroma. Rich body, very sweet, concentrated vanillaish apple. Warming alcohol. Super delicious - almost at the same level as the Canadian ice ciders. 130413

Bright amber color. Nice sweet and acidic aroma of apples, but also some glue. The flavor is very sweet, but also a bit astringent, and the acidity is very high; flavor of apples, some stewed apples. Final with astringent and sour apple skins.
Compared to the top Canadian ones, it’s a bit rough, but very good nevertheless.

Bottle. Deep golden colour with no head. Aroma is apple, alcohol, sugar. Flavour is apple, alcohol, sugar. Intence concentrated apple with nice sweetness. Lovely beverage.

Bottle 750ml. clear glass.@ The Danish Summer Gathering, TFODRBSG12, Ulfborg.Bottle opened withh a big bang !!! Clear light to medium yellow colour with a small to average, fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate apple, sweet apple, apple skin, mint. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet with a long duration, apple, sugary apples, light tart apple. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is fizzy almost champagne alike. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, apple skin, dry apples, wood, sweet apples - fruit, celery. Flavour is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average duration.
