Fiskåbanen 070320. Red-orange color with a pinkish head. Aroma is apple, raspberries. Flavor is rapberries, apples, sourness, sugar, blueberries. Nice cider.

Bottle from Meny. Unclear orange golden body with a small, fading white head. Nice fruity aroma of apple, raspberry, and fruit/berries from the forest. Taste is quite sweet with a fine, balanced mix of different fruit and berry flavors, forest fruit dominating with a slightly ripe apple base. Even the raspberry flavor feels like real berries as this often tends to taste artificial or juicy when added to beer and cider. Body feels balanced even at this low ABV with a long-lasting aftertaste. This was a positive surprise for me.

0,75 flaske (takk til Jens for denne!) med champagnekork og fin futt, delt med Harald, Aud og Kitty, på Hellvik aug-19: klar og sprudlende strågul med syrligfriske eplesmaker, et diskret dryss av kanel og vanilje. Slank og elegant lettdrikkelighet, hvor de 11% er godt skjult. En ny favoritt i badestampen.

Thanks to Kira for sharing a big bottle of this one. Clear pale golden body, no head, minimal lacing. Apple skins on the nose. Mid-dry taste profile of apples, herbs, and a slight yeast touch. Drying end, semi-sweet. Nice with the french inspired food. (Shared with Kira and Per, Tromsø 18.07.2018).

75cl bottle from Vinmonopolet Tromso. Pours clear gold, highly sparkling. Aroma is fresh, spritzy apple juice. Taste is highly carbonated, spritzy with a lightly sweet apple sweetness. Drying close. Lots of bubbles here, perhaps too much.
