Bottle, 75cl corked. A pale, straw cider with some quickly relaxing carbonation. There’s apples and yeast in the aroma, but it is a bit weak. It is more evident in the flavor, and that’s good, yet it is overpowered by the alcohol, and that’s not too good IMO. There’s a good deal of sourness as well in it. Thin mouthfeel and a long finish with alcohol and apples. I am wondering if cellaring could do the trick, but I’m not enough into ciders to be willing to test it out. If it was cheaper maybe, but at almost $20 it’s not interesting. Nice try from a new producer, though. Rating: 5-3-4-3-9-2.4. 070430
Sampling it once more, it’s certainly better than the first time I had it. Cleaner, firmer and more on the correct track than last time. Well, I raised my rating a bit, but it’s still not up there with the best ones from France, Spain and Britain. 120818

Very pale body, close to water. Moderate aroma of matured apple and a hint of alcohol. Flavor is fresh, quite alcoholic with moderate apple flavor. A bit rank.
