375ml can from Beer Cartel. Clear yellow gold colour, white foamy head and aroma of tropical fruits, citrus, hoppy. Taste is sweetish, malty, caramel, with fruity citrus, pine and resiny hop bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry hopped bitter finish. Nicely drinkable.

Pours deep amber with a small fading head. Nose shows golden syrup, brown sugar, figs, raisins, soft woody oak and faint vanilla.Flavours include more brown sugar and sultanas, along with faint oak and a decent whack of booze.

Kettle sour, very distinct yuzu, surprised how much that comes through the passion fruit actually. Both are clearly present, sharp and refreshing.
