Strong aromas of grapefruit, passionfruit and pineapple plus a little honey. A similar taste with a good amount of hop bitterness to match that juiciness. A slight lightness of body is my only criticism.

Can label is Wayward Son Hazy IPA with citra and lupulin. Assume it's the same beer. Aromas of pine, biscuit, apricot, mango and honey. Nicely balanced in the mouth. Would like a bit more floral and tropical flavours on the tongue, but very nice.

A predominant aroma of grapefruit with some pineapple and passionfruit. It has a pillowy mouthfeel that is the highlight. Not amazing flavours but certainly a nice beer.

(Bottle) Pours hazy golden amber with small loose white head. Lovely complex aroma. There’s a dominant tart aroma reminiscent of wine vinegar. There’s some funkiness, some pepper, some oak. Could sniff it for a long time! Medium bodied with excellent carbonation. The taste is excellent and complex. It has a definite vinous character, and some nice oak. The Brett is loud and clear. It also has saison characteristics with peppery and funky notes. A very unusual, interesting and enjoyable drink.

So not as much Brett as I’d hoped. Mildly tart apple and grape notes, a touch of vanilla from the barrel. A good intro to wild beers, but underwhelming

Pours vibrant amber with a large lasting head.Nose shows pine and resinous hops, spicy hops, clean malt.Flavours include more point and resinous hops by the truckload. Behind that is a fair whack of clean malt, a bit of booze and an assertive hoppy bitterness.

375ml can into schooner glass. At Glen Innes Services Club. Pours a golden amber, slight haze. Thin head of foam. Light nose of grain, malt and grassy hops. Quite malty for a Pils. Finish is grainy with hints of sourness. Bit chewy for the style but still easy drinking.

375ml can into schooner glass. From Glen Innes Services Club. Hazy amber beer with a thin white head. Nose of tropical fruit. Bitter and cleansing, easy drinking. Finish is lingering bitter fruit. Good tasty mid strength with a nice body which is a pleasant surprise.

(Can) Pours slightly hazy amber with modest off white head. Nice hoppy aroma - pine and dank notes, citrus hint. Medium body with bright lively carbonation. Good taste. Very much hop driven with hop bitterness growing throughout palate. Some light biscuit malt in the background. Some fruity hints at the start. Nice hoppy IPA.

(Can) Pours black with short lived loose tan head. Pleasant but surprisingly fruity aroma with mango and pear drops. Hints of dark roast malt. Medium body and rather fizzy. Taste is unusual and quite a lot going on. There’s the same exotic fruitiness in the start which is quickly joined by chocolate, vanilla and dark roast malts, and then by dark coffee bitterness. A complex, fun, confusing mix of tastes that is enjoyable.
