Pours hazy gold with a quickly fading head.Nose shows melon, papaya, pear and nectarine, clean malt, pear and mango. Delightful aroma.Flavours include more mango, banana and pineapple, before transitioning to a metallic and petrol-like note that lingers in an unfortunately abrasive finish. What a contrast.

Can. Dark brown. Without reading the can, I'd be content with this as a well executed, somewhat sweet milk stout. All the other bells and whistles are not really coming through for me in terms of coffee or donuts.

From a 375ml can on 1/8/2020. Pours a hazy medium golden with a small disappearing head. Has a pleasant light fruity aroma. Has a really nice balance of tropical and stone fruit sweetness, with a firmish slightly spicy hop finish. The mouthfeel is a touch thick sand slick with moderate carbonation. Not remotely WC IPA in style - squarely in hazy territory - but it's truly excellent. Really tasty, beautifully balanced and impressive. Very pleasantly surprised.

Loads of papaya and mango are overshadowed by the hops, featuring pine, orange and a little spearmint. Doesn't hides its alcohol, leaving a burning aftertaste.

Nitro can. Pretty much black with a light tan head that settles to a generous cm. Roasty aroma with orange and pine. Light, smooth texture. Dryish with roasted and slightly acrid flavours before orange and pine lighten things substantially. There's a touch of cleaning product about the finish, but then the bitterness builds to help pull it all together. Interesting.

Can courtesy of Motelpogo, who shared it with me and Mowbeer. Well, allegedly a Brett West Coast IPA, this is everything but West Coast I reckon. Poured a milky, murky paaale orange body. Tropical aroma, bretty notes, vague alcohol and some tartness really. Pleasant. Lean taste, distinct pineapple, herbal notes, light brett, lovely balance all in all, quite drinkable, with some random elderflower notes popping up in the finish. Excellent stuff, defying any stated style restrictions thanks to Brett (and the can staying in the fridge for a bit more than expected). Hats off!

From a 375ml can on 22/4/2020. Pours a murky apple juice colour with a small head. The nose is dank, tropical and spicy. Take a sip and you get sweet tropical flavours, including mango and papaya, which is met by a firm, quite spicy bitterness, with a hint bit of hop burn at the back. The mouthfeel is slick and silky, with moderate carbonation. All up solid enough, but would be far more enjoyable without the burn.

Another can from Beer Cartel and #ratebeersupertasters. Orange. Pineapple nose. Curious set of flavours. There is some bitterness and a brettiness that leans in the saison direction. The pineapple is forward but in a restrained non juicy way. Very distinct beer.

Can. Clear and golden. Bit of citrus and crackers on nose. Very classic pilsner flavours, but with hints of citrus to make a little bit different.

On tap at brewery. Red/brown. Bit of stonefruit on nose. Much maltier in mouth. The caramel holds it together well. Balanced.
