On Tap at the Boise brewery/taproom Clear redish amber pour with a thin light tan head. Malty woody aromas, light toasted and some maple and honey wheat toast character. Lingering woody earthy feel with a touch of some rye-like astingency which is actually a litel off-putting.

On Tap at teh Boise brewery/taproom Deep dark brown pour with a thin coarse light tan head. Nice medium roast and chocolate aromas and flavors. A little holiday spice in there it seems like. Quite chocolatey actually. Good

On tap at the Boise brewery/taproom foggy yellow peach color with a scant wispy head. Light fresh hop flavors are floral and grassy. A bit like hay. Light and fresh but I don’t captures the classic “hazy” flavor profile.

On tap at the brewery pours out a dark brown almost black topped with a tan head. Nose is nice roast malts coffee and some vanilla. Taste is more of the nice sweet chocolate vanilla coffee and roast malts.
