Cherryish, cloudy, soft, vinous, the wine stands out, the softness and grapey cherryish, nice mellow, so doesn’t taste 11%!

Bomber from Belmont Station. Pours not quite gold with a very slight white head. Aroma is hoppy, but I can’t pick out the bits. Seems to be a warm malt backbone. Full bodied or nearly. Flavor is very hoppy. I’m think pine followed by citrus then floral. There’s a bit of a hop burn. It’s not bitingly bitter, but it’s very hoppy and very bitter in the finish. Very flavorful, even if the flavors are a bit commingled (for me).

750 c&c from Belmont Station. Pours light peach color with a white head. Aroma is berry/kiwi/citrus with a light sour note. Med body, arguably. Flavor is red berry, light citrus, oak, and somewhat lightly funky. Definitely think grape is in it. Not trace of heat. Gets a bit woody. Finishes sort of fruits de bois with wood. Not all that strong in flavors, but definite statements where it matters.

Capped 750 from Belmont Station. Pours cola color with a strangely active beige head. Aroma is rather resin with some notes I can’t pin down. Seems med + body - there’s lots of foamy carb to help with that. Flavor is rather earthy malt (? that’s what comes to mind), with some strange brett type flavors. Not sure about "leathery funk" , but it is certainly a bit off the usual brett line. So it’s a bit weird, yet I think "Cascadian" fits. Finishes towards earthy dry with a decent amount of hop. Certainly not the typical "Cascadian". I’m not in love with it, but I do love a challenge. Flavor-wise.

Tap at Dad’s Kitchen. Pours hazy gold with a slight, transient white head. Huge citrus, fruit, floral aroma. Amazing aroma. Med body. Flavor is rather phenolic, but fruity hop is detectable. Gets very earthy. Strongly flavored. Dry finish. Very strong statement.

22 oz. bottle, pours a cloudy dark orange with a medium white head. Aroma brings out loads of resinous hops, wood, and caramel malt. Flavour is very malty yet not too sweet, with loads of dry caramel malt, wet wood, and resin. Hops are kind of buried by the malt and wood, but they still scream through a bit. Becomes a bit too sweet later on, but it's pretty solid.

Bomber from Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours hazy light gold with a slight white head. Aroma is cucumber with lime notes. Med minus body. Flavor is cucumber, with lime, but there’s definite chili fire (moderate) on available mouth services. Really quite refreshing. Chili does tend to build up quickly. Finishes less than dry.

Tap at Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours hazy gold with a white head. Light stone fruit aroma. Med body. Flavor is light apricot, earthy sox, some wood, and perhaps a hint of chili. It’s rather mild considering the name. Finishes towards horse blanket.
