12 oz can poured. First rating of the 2017 MLB Season! First of many. Dry Hop session saison. Huge cheers to Flat Tail for playing along in the wacky beer style game with me. Though, I would have to throw "India" in there somewhere. Lighter, pale golden pour with a thin oily head. The name of this beer describes it better than I ever could. A light, mega refreshing saison, with some lemon like citrus hoppy notes throughout. Very flavorful. Fitting that this is the first rate of the baseball season. I could drink this stuff all year. Awesome stuff.

Can. Pours clear golden, large white head that dissipates to a nice residual and good lacing. Aroma is citrus, dank, pot, grassy, passionfruit. Flavor is dry, light bitter, nice blend of dank tropical citrus hops with a peppery grassy saison yeast. Light body, good spritzy carbonation. This is a tasty beer; great product for 4%!

Tap at Dad’s Kitchen. Pours hazy gold with a slight, transient white head. Huge citrus, fruit, floral aroma. Amazing aroma. Med body. Flavor is rather phenolic, but fruity hop is detectable. Gets very earthy. Strongly flavored. Dry finish. Very strong statement.

The slightest clouded golden coloured body with a thin white head. Aroma of pale wheat, tons of grapefruit, pineappley and citrusey hops, some earthy notes and a ton of light spice flavours - very nice throughout the smell. Light-bodied; Assertive effervescence; Strong spice kick of white pepper, sage, coriander seed, spruce and hay all with not much malt at all - this tastes more like a gruit with every sip. Aftertaste is very mild with hops and spices coming out - no malt or depth, no strength nor pungency. Overall, a very light offering with a ton of spice and grassy flavours, but not depth, maltiness or earthy flavours at all. I sampled this 65 cL bottle purchased from Belmont Station in Portland, Oregon on 27-September-2013 for US$5.50 sampled at home in Washington on the other side of this country on 17-March-2014 on St Patrick’s Day.
