Bottle 330ml. @ Assentoft tasting by Hansen - Zita. [ As Sierra Platinum ].Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, sweet sugary malt, cabbage water, sour malt, vegetables. Flavour is light moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, sugary. Body is medium to light, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20141122]

Bottle @ Assentoft tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are bread, malt, straw, grain and hops.

Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, coffee, dusty coffee, nutty - earty notes, lactose sugar - chocolate notes. Flavour is moderate sweet with a long duration, sweet malt, dark malt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20140328]

Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is dark brown. Aroma and taste are roast malt, chocolate, lactose sugar, caramel, licorice and hops. Nice and dry finish, but a little too carbonated.

Out of date can thanks to Toby. Clear amber colour lasting off white head. Stale oxidised aroma, some fruit on the malts in the mouth it’s not horrible apart from the oxidised aroma. Still, it’s not a great beer.

out of date can from Toby. thanks my friend. Hazy gold no head. Skuny terrible aroma. Frankly it’s horrible but not terrible. some lemon hop on the finish. Still a couple of sips is all I need to rate this.
