7.9/10 β€” Appearance 6 Aroma 8 Flavor 8 Texture 8 Overall 8.5
Poured up on tap at the brewpub with deep gold body and tiny head. The aroma is bold with prunes, bright cherry notes and raisins as well as some slight sour notes with malt sweetness well off in the background. The taste is up front sweet and slides into apricot, cherry and a bit of red apple. By about midway it attains a nice level of sour fruit and mild tartness. It ends with some lingering green apple. Overall kind of on the sweet side but I would guess only like 6% ABV rather than the huge reality of 11%, I could not tell one bit.

Poured up on tap at the brewpub with deep gold body and micro thin head, I think, it dissipated so quick I didn’t have time to note the color. Oh well, I’ll live. The aroma is interesting to say the least. It’s like a county fair food area with caramel candy, peanut brittle candy and fruit flavored cotton candy. The taste is sadly similar with peanut brittle, malt graininess, caramel covered buttered popcorn and slick sweetness. This is their best selling beer too. Keep selling it to pay the bills and keep making GOOD beer!

Poured up on tap at the brewpub with deep dark body and thin tan head. This smells of yum. I get fudge brownie, some soft dark roasted malts, some sweet nuttiness and coffee all mixing together harmoniously. The taste is sessionably thin but dead on for a Porter with rich dark roasted malts mixed with coffee, nutty goodness and a pleasing level of fudge brownie goodness. Tasty brew.

Poured up on tap at the brewpub with clear copper body and white head. The aroma is full with citrus, spicy and grapefruit flavored cotton candy. The taste is similar with bitter heavy grapefruit hop goodness rimmed with some spicy hops and then getting nice and resiny into the finish. Nice IPA.
