Full pint draft at the brewpub in Austin, Texas. The pour is a slight haze golden with a foamy white head. The aroma is a fresh zesty citrus and along with cereal grain. The taste is the fresh citrus hops with bright tropical fruit along with a base of the cereal grain. The palate is light bodied with active carbonation and a dry mineral soft hop bitter finish. Hit the spot, nicely made.

Draft. Straw-colored and clear with a white head. Very mild aroma - grain, light malt, and may be a hint of vanilla. The taste is similar: very mild, a bit of grain light malt, some sweetness, and perhaps a pineapple note in there somewhere. Drinkable, and not unpleasant.

Draft. Amber color with off-white head. Sweet, malty aroma. Sweet maltiness pervades the flavor. There are almost wood-like notes as well. Mild bitterness. Pretty good.

Draft at the source and found in my notes after a blitzkrieg for beer sampling this week. Almost a brown color rather then black. Aroma is very nice citrus and pine sitting on top of dark malt. The roast compliments the citrus and pine really well. The body is on the lighter side of medium with a dry texture. Very nicely made in a style that can be difficult to execute properly. Nice!!

Draft at the source. Aroma is lightly dank pine, herbal and a good amount of tropical fruits.
The body is medium with a good grain bill to support the hop profile. The pine and fruit late for a pretty good duration after the swallow. The bitterness is in the medium range. The alcohol is hidden very nicely. Pretty good but I like the standard IPA’s just a bit better. Still real drinkable.
