Fra flaske 0,5l på Olympen 30 Jul 12. Kullsort. Lavt, litt farget skum som stabiliserer seg på et lavt nivå. God sjokolade- / lakrisaroma med antydning til røyk. Smaken har røykpreg og litt brent malt. God - men litt kjedelig.

Small white head. Slightly hazy coppery body. Fruity herbal floral aroma with strawberry chewing gum notes. Sweetish strawberry and banana candy taste with mealy earthy notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, faintly mealy mouthfeel. Dryish oily strawberry aftertaste with earthy mealy grassy notes. Nice and drinkable, but perhaps the yeast has gone a little overboard here. (0.5l bottle, Olympen, Oslo.)

Bottle, at Olympen. A very dark brown beer, topped by a tan to beige fingerthick head. Roasted malts, licorice, a touch of coffee and smoke, and a little alcohol too in the aroma. The flavor has licorice, roasted malts, a touch of caramel and hops, and it’s full-bodied and smooth on the palate. A nice one indeed, definitely one of the best from Inderøy so far. 111015

Bottle, at Olympen. It pours an unclear, almost golden body under a dense, finger-thick off-white head. Pleasant piney and resiny hoppyness in the aroma. Some malts and a hint of yeast as well. The flavor is piney and resiny, with some bitterness and a nice maltyness. Medium to full body, nicely carbonated. A decent beer indeed, but quite far from my idea of the perfect IPA. 111015

500ml bottle shared with Eirik at Olympen. Decent white head with a moderate stand. Cloudy, very cloudy, orange-gold body. The smell is spicy with coriander and sweet fruits. Ripe banana and spiced fruits in flavour alongside doughy malts. More sweet fruits too the finish. Medium bodied. Alright, but a tad too sweet in the long run (Oslo, 09.04.2012).
