Shared bottle at Mi2 at Cardinal 07.12.15. Ebony. Pale brown head. Moderate aroma, with dark malt and blackcherries, Taste of dark malt, dark chocolate, vanilla, blackcurrants and sour coffee. Dry and not great.

Shared bottle at Mandag i annen at Cardinal. Pours dark brown with beige head. Thin aroma of chocolate, boiled vegetables. Taste of chocolate, vanilla, roasted malt; sweet and malty aftertaste. Not really a stout, but an OK beer.

En god del brentsmak. Pent øl med robust godt smak. Fruktig og kledelig fyldig.

Fra flaske på Cardinaltreff sep-13: lite aroma men mye smak, og smaken er en blanding av mørk sjokolade, kaffe og litt solbær. Det mumles rundt bordet at her er der ikke noe særlig ettersmak å spore. Lett for sin voltstyrke, og faktisk tynnere i smaken enn Grauballe sin enebærstout som den etterfulgte i programmet.

Bottle, at Olympen. A very dark brown beer, topped by a tan to beige fingerthick head. Roasted malts, licorice, a touch of coffee and smoke, and a little alcohol too in the aroma. The flavor has licorice, roasted malts, a touch of caramel and hops, and it’s full-bodied and smooth on the palate. A nice one indeed, definitely one of the best from Inderøy so far. 111015

500 ml bottle @ Olympen. Black body with a medium sized beige head. Aroma of light roasted malt, liquorices, dark malt and dry, red fruit. Flavor is mild and soft roasted malt, coffee, and bitter chocolate, balanced bitter. Fine body and more roasts in aftertaste. A nice and balanced stout.
