Bottled. A hazy deep red beer with a huge brwon head - very carbonated. The aroma has notes of spices, yeast, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, bread, and spices, leading to a dry finish. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.

At LCRBM 2009, Kulminator, Antwerp (Belgium)
Lightly brown, rocky head. Very nice aroma of flowers, hops, malts ... it is subtle but has some complexity. Modeately bitte,r moderately sweet caramel flavour. Very complex and well balanced flavour imho. Seen the ABV, I think this is a very good beer.

Bottle at LCRBM5. Hazy russet, lasting beige head. Bit earthy, supposed to be an English Pale Ale. It has some malt. OK earthy hop.

500 ml bottle. Slightly hazy golden body with a thin off-white head. Light aroma of caramel, esters, fruity, yeast and spices. Flavor is refreshing citric fruity with banana and a hint of caramel. Medium body. Quite refreshing, not sure if this is totally within the style, but it’s anyway a nice, light refreshing beer with a decent flavor.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours an almost clear deep amber with a firm, lacing off-white head. Sweet fruity aroma, some ashes. Medium body, dry hard roasted malts and an almost perfumy fruitiness. Dry, malt bitter finish. Pleasant. 031009

500 ml bottle, bought at Fenaknoken, Oslo. Brew #909, ABV is 4.5%. Organic, unfiltered and unpasteurised "kellerbier". Hazy pale golden colour, big and lasting white head. The aroma has a pleasant mix of fruit, malts, toffee and butterscotch, hints of honey and resin too. The flavour has first a tolerable balance between the malts and hops, but also some coarse "traditional homebrew" notes, which I am not entirely happy about in such a delicate beer style. Some resin in the finish, unpleasant hints of metal and cardboard.

500 ml bottle, bought at Fenaknoken, Oslo. ABV is 4.5%. Brew #925. Some sediment in the bottle. Pale yellow colour, slightly hazy, huge white head. Strong perfumed aroma, distinct notes of ripe bananas and cloves. Light bodied and crisp mouthfeel. The flavour has notes of cloves, with a "dusty" finish, but I’d like a more pronounced presence of malts. Still refreshing and drinkable.
