Bottle. A slightly unclear, golden beer with a finger-thick off-white head leaving lacings. Dusty, citrusy hops on the nose, with the malts left in the background. Quite bitter at first, then it mellows, and tastes of citrus and resin. A little caramel flavor in the back. Medium body. The finish is lasting, on the hoppy side, with resin and dusty hops. Ok, so it’s a quite good beer, but the choice of hops isn’t my favorite. The low ABV also makes it a fine thirst quencher. (090501)

Small offwhite head. Hazy pale amber body. Fruity earthy peas aroma with floral ash notes. Dry-sweetish earthy floral peas taste with mealy notes. Mid-to-thin body. Harsh mouthfeel. Unclean palate. Bitter earthy herbal aftertaste with dandelion notes lingers for a long time. Some resin and wood, too. Bitterness lingered long after I’d left the pub. Torn on this one. It has both good and bad sides, but is too rough and bitter. (0.5l bottle, Olympen, Oslo.)

Bottle, 4.5%. Vinous and yeasty aroma. Cloudy amber colour. Small tan head. The flavour is vinous, slightly spicy. Light maltiness. High carbonation. A little citric note, that tastes all right, but reminds me of a beginning infection.
