Bottle. It pours a faintly hazy pale golden body under a small white head. Fruity, citrusy aroma with a spiced touch and some banana. It’s medium bodied and nicely carbonated, quite dry, with a very soft bitterness. The flavor is quite fruity, with some honey and flowers, grass, hints of citrus zest and some pale malts. Medium length finish. Refreshing and quenching, but a tad weak. 210813

Bottle. Shared by gunnfryd. An unclear amber colored mead with some off-white bubbles. Honey driven aroma, with alcohol, some flowers and a touch of pale malts. Full-bodied and lightly warming, sweet, with a good dash of honey in the flavor. Some bready malts and flowers too. Heather. Lasting warming finish. A nice one for sure, perhaps a bit too focused on heather honey though. 210131

500ml bottle carried back home from Vinmonopolet City Nord on Bodø. Stable off-white head leaving lacing rings down the glass. Pitch black body. Attractive nutty chocolate on the nose. The nutty chocolate dominates the taste character as well, hints of liquorice. Rounded, nicely roasted dark malt-driven finish, long-lived. Well bodied. Good drinking. (Rating session at Finn's with lmojoh, Finn, and djoeye, Tromsø 28.01.2021).

Sort med beige skum. Aroma malt lakris sjokolade. Smak røsted malt lakris nøtter. Fyldig og fin stout som ikke føles så sterk som den er.
