Description
Tamarack Brewing Company opened it’s doors in the summer of 2007, which is eons in the craft beer community. We brewed 380 barrels of beer in our first year of business; more than ten years later, we are up to 4,400. Tamarack in Missoula opened in 2011, serving the same great food and drink found in Lakeside.

On tap at Tamarack, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out piney hops and lots of vegetables. Flavour is loaded with vegetables, chicory and piney hops. Something isn't quite right here. Not great.

On tap at Tamarack, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma and flavour of earthy, fungal hops, with biscuity and bready malt to back. Creamy and earthy. Not my type of IPA really, but it's alright.

On tap at Tamarack, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out plenty of floral dry hopping, with salt and lacto. Flavour is along the same lines, with salt, lacto and lots of dry hopping. Pleasant enough, but not particularly invigorating.

On tap at Tamarack, pours a cloudy peachy golden with a small white head. Aroma and flavour of fuzzy peaches, with musty wheaty notes. Not the most pleasant expression of peaches but it's alright.

On tap at Tamarack, pours a cloudy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out earthy, spicy rye upfront, with little else - very tasteful aromatics. Flavour is along the same lines, with lots of earthy, spicy rye. Just a really nice spiciness and rye character. Very good.

On tap at Tamarack, pours a cloudy yellowish blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out gentle coriander, with light wheaty notes. Flavour is quite wheaty, with gentle spices, coriander and wheat. Smooth and floral finish. It's decent.

On tap at Tamarack, pours a clear blonde with a large white head. Aroma is nothing but apricot, with lots of fresh apricot pith. Flavour is loaded with fuzzy apricots, with soft wheaty notes. Dry and fruity. Fun beer.
