This was poured into a pint glass at the brewpub.
The appearance was a hazy orange color with some red highlights here and there around the glass. Bar pour yielded no head.
The smell started off with a sweet red raspberry and then a light tart raspberry came in to balance and then after that a light sugary sweetness came in.
The taste was mainly sweet through the raspberries but after a while the sugary flavor came back.
On the palate, this one had a tart and sweet raspberry aftertaste that seemed pretty authentic and I would say that this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fair sessionability about it. The carbonation was decent for the style and for me.
Overall, decent raspberry ale I believe I could take to the dome again.

This was poured into a pint glass.
The appearance was a brown color with a bar pour’s kind of slim head.
The smell had a light sweet honey and then a roasty and woody spicy aroma (mesquite perhaps).
The taste took the honey and the woody spiciness and let in a light toasted grain and caramel.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a decent sessionable quality to it. On the tongue, it came across with a light tingle of spice but still letting the honey come in as well.
Overall, pretty good brown ale that had a little more going on than other brown ales I’ve had. I’d have this again.

This was poured into a pint glass at the brewpub.
The appearance was a glossy orange to amber color with a bar pour’s kind of slim head that barely left any lacing.
The smell had a decent amount of apple to pear - like sweet malts with an ample amount of roasty caramel notes. A light nuttiness tried to invade but mainly stayed in the background.
The taste was mainly sweet and bready malty. It left a light sticky sweet caramel and apples aftertaste. There was a light dry apple - like finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fairly decent sessionability about it. The carbonation was somewhat subdued and had somewhat of a strolling roasted caramel apple stickiness rolling over my tongue.
Overall, I say this was a pretty good ESB. TC did what they wanted to in this one. I am pretty sure I could do this again.

This was poured into a pint glass.
The appearance was a cloudy yellow to orange color with a bar pour’s kind of slim white head that dissipated immediately. No lacing was left.
The smell had a decent sweet apricot with a light grassy and somewhat wheat edge in the background.
The taste started off with the sweet apricot and let in a decent tart apricot edge to balance. Grassiness was somewhat there but maintains a decent background.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fairly decent sessionability about it. The carbonation was somewhat sharp but still carried a delicate smooth behavior to it.
Overall, I say this was a pretty good sessionable fruit beer I could have again.

A clear, dark amber colored beer with a dense, two-finger beige head leaving curtains. Nail polish, some toffee and dried fruits in the aroma. Some nuts and a touch of sourness. It’s full-bodied and lightly warming on the palate, with a pleasant carbonation level. Semi-sweet. Roasted malts, some coffee grit and dark chocolate in the flavor, some bitterness towards the finish. Not very good this one, but it has some qualities. 140829
