Bottle 75 cl. Pours a hazy amber with an off-white head. Horribly heavy phenols.in the nose. Rich body, sweet and sugary, extremely chemical and phenollic. Not so hot really - Belgian yeast at its worst. 130913

Bottled 330ml. -at Museu da Cerveja Lisboa. Dark golden coloured, small to medium sized white head, strong acidic yeasty nose. Very fizzy. Malty, acidic yeasty and moderate fruity with hint of spices in the finish. Pretty sourish also. Not bad but...

75 cl bottle @ PBF VIII
Aroma has hay, biscuits, urinal cake and strong grainy notes. Flavour has soapy citrus, biscuits and hints of cardboard. Smooth palate. Just too straightforward and simple – also quite light for 8% beer. Not bad anyway.

750ml bottle @ PBF 2013 from andregoncalves. Thanks!
Pours hazy yellow with a smooth white head. Aroma of yeasty fruits, hints of tartness and earthy notes. Taste is tart, carbonated, spicy and yeasty with notes of ripe fruits. Finish is sweet, stuffy and yeasty. Unbalanced and a bit messy.
