On tap at St. Ambrose. Pours a clear pale straw with no head. Sweet honey and oak aroma. Flavor is strong, sweet oaky honey, vanilla, spice. Delicious!

On tap at St. Ambrose. Cloudy very pale yellow pour with a white head. Yeasty pear in the aroma. Flavor is yeasty and light with pale malt and pear. Decent, but definitely on the light side.

On tap at St. Ambrose. Pours a murky brown with an off-white head. Aroma of coconut of course, with cocoa and dark fruit. Flavor has coconut and roasty cocoa, medium body. Pretty good.

On tap at St. Ambrose. Pours a clear red/pink amber with a white head. In the aroma, some butterscotch overshadows the candy raspberry. Flavor has raspberry, herbal/floral flavors. Tart but sweet.

On tap at St. Ambrose. Pours a clear golden with no head. Sweet apple, floral honey in the aroma. Flavors of apple, honey, and mango, leading with tartness but sweet overall. Just a bit of heat from the pepper.

On tap at St. Ambrose. Pours a clear golden with a white head. Pale malt aroma with butterscotch. Flavor is lightly toasty pale malt, some general hoppiness, butterscotch. Drinkable but not great.

Bottle @TreeRock. Short baby goblet pour for my own safety. Clear, honey gold pour, slight bubble. Strawberry peach nose. Taste is tart strawberry jam & more acidic apricot. Lingering acid. Soft bubbles, not too slick, too sweet but not insanely so. Okay.

Bottle @TreeRock. Short pour, just to be safe. Clear, pale, oily gold. Mellow potpourri scent. Not really mango. Taste is floral, soapy, sweet & sour grapes & peaches. Quite tart & acidic. No noticeable heat. Less sticky, some attempt at carbonation, more sessionable. Wasn't sickly. Didn't hate it.

Can. Pours a clear yellow gold with no head whatsoever. Aroma has dry apple and light honey with some sweet mango and a hint of habanero heat underlying. Flavor has sweet mango, honey and apple notes with a bit of habanero heat in the finish.
