Description
We got tired of people asking us if we had beer, so we went out and got a brewing license - and so began our latest adventure. Brose Brewing is what we call our microbrew operation. Made with the same care and quality ingredients we use in our mead and wine operations, our beers are just plain good. Stay tuned as we increase the availability and quantity of the beer we make - for now, you'll find it in the tasting room and select local establishments on tap.

Bottle @TreeRock. Short baby goblet pour for my own safety. Clear, honey gold pour, slight bubble. Strawberry peach nose. Taste is tart strawberry jam & more acidic apricot. Lingering acid. Soft bubbles, not too slick, too sweet but not insanely so. Okay.

Bottle @TreeRock. Short pour, just to be safe. Clear, pale, oily gold. Mellow potpourri scent. Not really mango. Taste is floral, soapy, sweet & sour grapes & peaches. Quite tart & acidic. No noticeable heat. Less sticky, some attempt at carbonation, more sessionable. Wasn't sickly. Didn't hate it.
