From the moment they started they knew they weren’t cool. They didn’t have beards and attempts at growing them were simply humiliating and a little embarrassing for them and their families. So they set aside their rose scented facial wax and tiny combs and focused on what they knew best… brewing quality beer (and dinosaur puns)!
Hatched in 2015 by three clean shaven friends with an obsession for beer and dinosaurs, Staggeringly Good have quickly become known as one of the UK’s leading breweries ranking consistently in the TOP 20 in the country on Untappd.’
Yes it’s all got a little out of control since we first uttered the sentence ‘Hey shall we get together on Sunday and brew some beer?’. Now there are grown up things like bills and stuff, but don’t worry we’re not going to let that get in the way of us having a grain sack load of fun. Catch you at the tap room soon dino-riders!

Can. Hardly an IPA at 5% is it chaps? So maybe sticking IPA on the front of the can is a bit of a fib! Hazy gold beer, mahooosive bubbly pale cream colour head, dwarves the beer! Airy palate, modest fine carbonation. The pale malts have a pronounced creamy sweetness. Light sweet pine. Modest and sweet floral citrus. Light finish. Quite sweet and needs better carbonation. Don't go extinct please chaps.

Tried on keg at BeerHeadz Lincoln. Love this beer. Deep ruby off black colour with a tan head. Aroma has roasted malty hint of salt. Taste light salty to light bitter, slight fruity sweetness hints of metallic finish. Full smooth body with the oysters giving a real depth of flavour.

Orange, opaque, frothy white head
Aroma of orange, tropical fruits, sweet fruits, odd aroma underneath I can't pinpoint
Taste of sweet orange, tropical fruit, mango, NEIPA style, odd taste underneath (maybe the chilli), very fruity, orangey
Palate - Soft carb, medium to full body, rich texture, smooth, quite sweet, fairly bitter hops. Finish is sweet, fruity, rich fruits
Overall - Lots of fruit, nice tasting just apart from that odd tinge in background

Can @ Tokyo Midtown tasting, thank you Tim. Creamy yellow pour, some foam on top. Nose has a bit of hop character, fruity and maybe passion fruit there. Raw pepper. Taste has good pepper and fruity with some mango puree underneath. Light herbal vegetable tingle, good one, habanero I guess but not that much of it. Fresh and better than I thought, was afraid for a mess but its a nice and balanced beer.

Slightly hazy with good peach and habenaro with passionfruit nose. The mouth is thicker than expected, too low carbonation, mild heat a bit too all over the place.
