Description
We opened our doors in 2011 near Park Meadows Mall as the first brewery in Lone Tree, Colorado. Our neighborhood-focused, family-friendly brewery and tasting room regularly hosts community events that gather around a stylistically diverse lineup of flagship, seasonal and limited release beers. Lone Tree is dog friendly, home to our own running club, weekly Brewery Bootcamp workouts, and dedicated to supporting rotating nonprofit organizations through tasting room sales.

Tap @ brewery. Hazy, golden appearance with a white head. A touch spicy, coriander, a touch bready, wheat malty, Belgian yeasty aroma. Fairly clean, a touch spicy belgian yeasty, a touch tart, orange citrusy, wheat malty flavor. Pretty solid brew!

Nearly black pour - nice nose of maple, vanilla, toffee, chocolate, cream, espresso - creamy mouthfeel, medium body, slick in the mouth - flavors of roast, caramelized sugar, creamed coffee, vanilla, bitterswee chocolate - finish brings some bitterness and light acidity from the dark malts - a pretty tasty stout.

Dark brown pour - nose of maple, hazelnut, vanilla, cream, light earthiness - flavor has the earthiness and flavor of the hops, but only a touch of the bitterness - the flavor compliments the strong hazelnut flavors in the beer a fair amount of vanilla and a slight leafy, tobacco note - lightly warming spiciness in the finish - some chocolate and coffee - quite a nice brown.

Tap at the brewery, listed as 8% abv - clear copper pour - slick texture, with moderate to high sweetness, tempered by quite an aggressive hop profile - hops are chewy and resinous - notes of grapefruit, pine, grass, pepper - malt is sweet but fairly clean, letting the ho do their thing - finish is dank and spicy - fairly well-executed, and props from making an IIPA that isnβt an 11% beast.

Hazy orange pour - nose is very earthy, piney and dank - flavor is a bit sweet - lightly estery - but with loads of earthy simcoe hop flavor - woody - a bit of sweet orange and candied citrus peel - lightly peppery in the finish, with lingering sweetness - the hop flavor is nice, but overall the sweetness needs to be dialed down.

A very tart, semi-dry hefe, with strong banana overtones and light touches of peppery character - some sweet notes of apple and a slight bready character through the middle, but it starts tart and ends slightly sweet (vanilla) and spicy (pepper) - a good start, but needs more umpf to hold up to the German examples.

Hazy straw pour - nose of straw, light phenolics, ginger, honey - flavor is fairly dry and crisp, with some light peppery notes, a touch of banana, some flinty hints on the tail end - finish is semi-sweet, with notes of gingerbread - I would like the finish a bit drier, but otherwise this is a solid abbey single.

Lightly hazy golden body - nose of straw, grass, hay, honey - fairly full and creamy in the mouth - a bit sweet at first, but with a light mineral notes to balance - moderately grassy hop flavor - a bit of floral notes - lightly sweet and fruity finish - pretty tasty.
