Description
Kompania Piwowarska operates three breweries with rich heritage: Tyskie Browary Książęce (established in 1629), the Dojlidy Brewery in Bialystok (1768) and Lech Browary Wielkopolski in Poznan (1895). These breweries provide Polish people with their favourite beers, including Żubr, Tyskie, Lech, Dębowe, Redd’s and the Książęce specialty collection. Our proven beer recipes, natural ingredients, pristinely clean breweries and, above all, superbly skilled and experienced brewers, allow us to brew beers that are highly valued in Poland and abroad.

Pink, clear beer with a small, very white head, fast gone despite lively carbonation. Sweet nose, fruitsweets, fruit bubble gum. Slightly sourish, mainly sweet; mineral water with high carbonation. Artificial, soft drink. Doesn’t taste of cranberry, either. Light body. ’nuff said.

Can at chriso’s Pre-GBBF Shindig 2013 - London. I went to the ends of the earth to track down this beer; or Littlehampton, as its also known. Pours perfectly clear pale yellow with a light, white foam topping. Smells of rich grapefruit and pineapple - exactly as it says on the tin. Medium sweet flavor with lots of sugary fruits like pineapple and other stuff of the tropics. Light bodied with average carbonation. Lightly syrupy. Sugary fruit candies on the finish, pineapple juice, sweet grapefruit. You get what you paid for, I’ll give it that.

500ml bottle from Beers of Europe. Pours a clear gold with a good white head. Aromas are mostly malt, some honeyed sweetness and iron. Taste has more sweetness and a hint of hop bitterness, but no more than a suggestion. Not too cloying for the strength. Quite like this.
