The Alpha Project is now defunct. All beers brewed on the brewkit in the Hanging Bat bar on Lothian Road, Edinburgh should go under the Hanging Bat Brew Co.
Bottle thanks to Stuu666. This was bottled in 2015 so a balanced view will be taken. Appearance - opaque black, big fawn head. Nose - big sour malt vinegar and loads of wood. Taste - still some sour but dark chocolate dominates. Palate - medium bodied, dry roast and under note if sour. Overall - not as it was intended but very interesting.
