Shaker pint draft at the Boston Pizza in Irving, Texas. The pour is a clear golden with a thin off white head. The aroma is cereal grain, soft sweet fruit and general yeast spice. The taste is honey, sweet citrus fruit and all mixed in with the cereal grain. Finish is long with the yeast spices. The palate is medium to light bodied, soft carbonation and the yeast spice finish. Interesting enough.
