Aroma: The nose is light and dull, some pale malts as well as mild grass hop notes
Appearance: This one pours a clear golden color with a small white head and minimal lace
Flavor: The taste is much the same, mild sweetness and mild grassy hop bitterness
Palate: The body is light and dull, hits the goal feel-wise, with a clean, mildly dry finish
Overall Impression: This beer is fine. Unoffensive. It is what it is, and what it is isn't for me. I'm sure plenty of people probably want beers like this, but I don't really know why a micro-brewer would choose to appease those people.

[ As Oak Creek Kristal ].Clear medium yellow color with a small average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly to fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, banana, bubble gum. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, yeasty, wheat. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20140118]

Draft - Grains and caramel. Clear copper with a decent brown head. Burnt caramel, biscuit and a caramel finish. Not boozy at all. I don't really get the scotch.

A clear, golden beer with a minimal-sized white head. Banana and some caramel in the aroma, hints of cloves and lemon too. The flavor has banana,bubblegum, a generic fruityness, some caramel and cloves, and a citrus touch. Not much bitterness. Medium to thin body and a low level of carbonation. Short banana and bubblegum finish. A decent one, nothing special going on. 140118

Golden with a small white head. Aroma of banana, clove and bubblegum. Sweet banana dominated flavour with spicy notes of clove and black pepper. Not very exciting, but quite authentic German

Poured up at Flanny’s Arizona on Tap Festival with a nice clear amber body that has copper hues and supporting a tan head of foam. The modest aroma offers up sweetness, a little bit of Belgian yeasty spices, brown sugar dusted prunes and then a dark malt to black strap molasses like sensation. The taste begins with brown sugar dipped prunes, raisins and Belgian spicy yeastiness. To midway a little more brown sugar pokes out and helps even things out into a semi dry finish.
