Pale Clear Yellow Color, Huge Bubbly Foam Head, Lots Of Lacing. Not Much Of an Aroma, very faint fruity notes with clove. Tastes sweet, wheat, clove and light peppery hop bitter. Mellow, easy drinker. Somewhat reminds me of a Belgian Ale. Nothing Fancy but up my alley, style wise. OK. Yet another Local Brewer that is not too far and I wish to find time to go visit. Most important thing that I took away from this beer - Jarrett Payton is a Social Butterfly...If I am somewhat on the opposite side of the scale, what does it make me?

12oz bottle. Pours a clear light gold with a huge cap of frothy white head. Aroma of dark wheat with a little orange citrus. Taste is light bitter. Hsrbal hops dominate with a little wheat on the end. Light bodied with a slick yet sticky texture. Fizzy carbonation and a long, kinda gross finish. Meh, not very good

Caramel and toffee with a little herbal hops. Full nodied with a surprisingly thick texture. Lively carbonation and a decently long finish. Overall, not bad.
