Description
Somos una Microcervecería familiar fundada por tres hermanos: Franco, Guido y Bruno Ferrari en el 2004 cuando abrieron el Brewpub en Bariloche donde actualmente funciona Berlina KM12.
En el 2008 trasladamos la Planta de Elaboración al poblado de Colonia Suiza, al pie de la Cordillera de los Andes en el corazón de la Patagonia Argentina.

1/2 pint from tap at Berlina, St Telmo. Black color, small tan head. Smells earthy, herbal, bit roasty, ashy. Nice smell. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes earthy, herbal, grassy, peppery, spices, bit nutty,bit milky. Finishes rather roasty bitter with notes of earthy, ashy and cocho notes. Nice one, rather on the roasty bitter notes 7,4,6,3,14

Bottle sample at a tasting at Max’s place. Thanks Tom L. Slightly hazy orange. Aroma of caramel, graininess, some spiciness and a bit of pumpkin. Moderately spicy flavor, not too sweet, with graininess and a bitterish finish. Light to medium-bodied.
