1/2 pint from tap at Berlina, St Telmo. Black color, small tan head. Smells earthy, herbal, bit roasty, ashy. Nice smell. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes earthy, herbal, grassy, peppery, spices, bit nutty, bit milky. Finishes rather roasty bitter with notes of earthy, ashy and cocho notes. Nice one, rather on the roasty bitter notes 7,4,6,3,14

Bottle sample at a tasting at Max’s place. Thanks Tom L. Slightly hazy orange. Aroma of caramel, graininess, some spiciness and a bit of pumpkin. Moderately spicy flavor, not too sweet, with graininess and a bitterish finish. Light to medium-bodied.
