Tap. Pours fairly clear amber/hazel, small off-white head, dissipates slowly, good lacing. Aroma is whisky forward, dark sugars, roasted malts, toffee. Flavor is light sweet, light bitter, prominent but not overborne whiskey. Medium body. Interesting to compare to the base beer; sweetness and bitterness are toned down, but the body is lightened as well. Overall an improvemet, but its not an earth shaker.

Tap. Pours slightly hazy golden, medium white head, dissipates slowly, good lacing. Aroma is light, hints of dust, lemon, apricot, bourbon, manhattan, oak. Flavor is light tart, bourbon notes, lemon and stonefruit, oak tannin lends a touch of vanilla. Medium light body. Clean and well crafted, but not super popping for me.

Was expecting more of a grisette, what I got is a table sour. Pours lightly hazy golden, small off-white head, decent lacing. Aroma is sour mash, lemon, hints of apricot, other stonefruits, floral notes. Flavor is light plus tart, light funk, fruity, lemony and apricot pits, hints of oak. Lightish body, Quite flavorful and nice. At 4% this beer compares quite favorably to a typical Berliner in terms of a refreshing low ABV sour drinker.

Tap. Pours clear golden, medium off-white head, dissipates fairly quickly but leaves good lacing. Aroma is Belgian yeast, floral, black pepper, field grass, hints of coriander. Flavor is light sweet, light plus bitter. Bit of spiciness from the rye malt, but otherwise a down-the middle of the fairway Saison. Medium body.
