Can coming from Amstein, St-Légier, tasting it yesterday, at night, with my wife. Enjoyable and really smooth stout, a bit sour, fruity, red grapes note, smooth malt and others cereals, average bitterness, alcool well hidden, creamy texture, 04.07.24, at Epalinges.

Can shared at the craft beer junction bermondsey tasting. A clear golden orange coloured pour with no head. Aroma is dank, green mango. Grass. Tangerine.. Palate is semi sweet, oiky, citrus, orange rind. Grass. Resinous. Wet. Resinous hop.

Almost clear golden orange with a lasting white cap.
Nose is mellow citric flesh, orange peel, grass.
Taste comprises raw pineapple, grass, herb, melon, papaya.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close splashed with mellow light juicy hop bitterness with a modest Sabro rasp noted.
Not bad.

Barwa niemalze czarna, piany brak. W aromacie torf, kawa, kwaśność, bandaże. W smaku lekko kwaśne, gorzka czekolada, bandaże. Przy trzymaniu chwilę w ustach pojawia się posmak whisky. Alkohol świetnie ukryty. Niestety nie moje klimaty.
