Opening this bottle on monday, relax, at home, a bit windy and cold. A fair and well brewed beer, free of alcohol, brewed on the American way, smooth, bready, biscuity, fruity, peachy, tropical note, fair bitterness, citrus, 22.08.24, at Epalinges.

Tap at Beergeek Bar. Bit hazy dark brown body off-white thick head. Raisins, walnut and low roast in the aroma, bit stickly, treacle. Earthy, bit vegetal cocoa, warming, caramelly taste. So dark is the chocolate it's underground, in between carrots. Eh. Not my fav, still good.

Tap at BGB with Gurthnar. Very dark brown body, off-white thick lasting head. Creamy cocoa and caramel aroma, bit buttery, Malibu vibes, Werthers Original vibes, sweet. Sweet creamy coconut and caramel tadte, maybe vanilla, Coppertone vibes slightly. Eh, too sweet.

Med-med-thin bod, med-med-light carbo. Med-light sweet, med bitter, light warmth, soft. A very nice mix of med chocolate, dark fruits - plums, subtle coffee and dark sugar. Works quite well, very good.

500ml can. Jet black colour with minimally late awakening, small to average, creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, dark beige head. Roasty and slightly chocolately, dark malty as well as grassy and minimally fruity aroma, notes of dark chocolate, bison grass, a touch of plum. Taste is sweet-ish, chocolately and slightly roasty, dark malty, grassy and slightly fruity, notes of dark chocolate, bison grass, some plum.
Creamy to viscous texture, smooth and soft, minimally cloying, simultaneously minimally dry palate, fine, dense, soft, creamy, mildly prickly carbonation.
Wonderful composition, that bison grass is an excellent match - very good!
