From the big coop city Biel, next to the train station, opening this beverage on saturday, after an afternoon at Bern aqua. A regular pale ale, not so American, a bit American with some inspiration of the Duvel, but it is just my impression, 19.07.22, at Epalinges.

Nothing special with this beer, a basical product, brewed on the German way, this one is really light, watery, a bit bready, a bit metalic, some toffee notes, probably that you have the perle hop, ok on this wet place, 17.03.22 at the papillonrama, Kerzers, in family.

From the big coop, close to Biel train station. Opening this can two days ago, at home, Epalinges, with again a hot weather and trying this unfiltered beer, a bit too carbonated at the beginning, a bit better after, smooth, fruity, yeasty, light, 13.08.22, drinking it at home, Epalinges.

Can with Grumbo. Aroma of golden syrup, dried grains, straw, malty, grassy and citrus notes. Then a dungy element developed. Not much coming through initially on the taste. Smooth carbonation. Fruity notes coming through late and became more drying. Taste got better, aroma got worse.

1/3/2025. Bottle from Norwich Arts Centre fundraiser following World Beer Awards. Pours clear pale gold with a frothy white head. Not a bad pour. Aroma is citrus, grainy, chalky, malt, straw, light herb. very slightly dungy. Medium sweetness, light to moderate bitterness. Moderate body, foamy carbonation. Some bitterness develops and taste improves on initial impressions.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso il frumento. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. La parte liquida è di aspetto torbido e anche qui la grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. La carbonazione è persistente. Il colore è giallo torbido. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è non invasivo. La forza gustativa è elevata e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di facile beva. In bocca l'aroma è quello di biscotto, frumento, agrumi e spezie.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso viene attratto dall'orzo. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido si presenta velato. Bollicine medio-fini costituiscono anche la forma della frizzantezza, con carbonazione allegra, vivace e persistente. Il colore è giallo dorato. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è nella media. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, crosta di pane, agrumi, limone, pompelmo e resina.

Il mantello birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma destinata a vita breve. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è di media potenza. La forza gustativa è normale e permane in maniera sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di facile beva. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, pane, biscotto, frutta secca, erbaceo ed agrumi.

La forza gustativa è elevata e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Al palato indizi di miele, frutta secca, pane tostato, agrumi e arancia.
