On tap. Pours a cloudy opaque golden with a white head. Weird spicy aroma - thyme? Medium body with a light fruit sweetness, strange plastic aroma and then again these herbal notes of thyme and oregano. Ends dry. To be completely honest this is pretty damm awful. 210311

Draft. A hazy golden beer with a white head. The aroma has strong notes of herbs - most dominant is thyme combined with a note of milk. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, over ripe fruits, thyme, and other herbs, as well as lighter notes of milk, leading to a dry herbal finish.

On tap@The Alembic, San Francisco. Black looks with a creamy tan head. Nose was roasted malt, dark chocolate, and coffee. Sweetish flavour with plenty of roast in the house once more, and a slight smokiness. Some hop bitterness kicked in towards the finish. Not my favourite style, but had some good qualities to it.

Draft, Beer Revolution. Enjoyed this one quite a bit. Lots of chocolate malt flavor and good spicing. Coriander, peppercorns, spruce-y hops. Full mouthfeel. Very good for a spiced holiday beer. Relatively sweet, which probably goes along with the chewy body. The malt is rich with chocolate and dark pit fruit flavor. Very dark brown beer with little head.

Tap at Beer Revolution. Pours black with no head. Aroma is burnt malt and maybe juniper. Flavor is that plus a little resin. Very clean. Not at all sticky. Finishes nicely bitter.
