BIAB sample from GBBF 2019 courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Hazy gold colour, no head and aroma of tart apple, vinegary, funk, alittle biscuit. Taste is tart fruity apple, vinegary funky with some slight biscuit notes. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tart finish. Quite OK

8/8/2019. From bag in a box at the 2019 Great British Beer Festival. Pours slightly hazy golden colour with minimal head. Aroma of medium sweet fleshy apples, hint of wood, barnyard and light funky notes. Moderate sweetness, light tartness. Medium body, slight oily texture, soft to flat carbonation. Nice tangy finish. One of the best tasted at the GBBF.

Cask at the Peterborough beer Festival 2017. A hazed reddy orange coloured pour with a halo of white head. Aroma is punchy, tangy Apple, plastic, petrol,. Flavour is composed of tart woody apple, rustic, bark,. Palate is mellow sour, highish carbonation, prickly. Good stuff.

Polycask @ 29th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2012, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, England.Hazy matt medium orange color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, horse blanket, barnyard. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, sweet apples, barnyard, vanilla.
