Cask@GBBF2012. Reddish amber colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, malty, floral and a bit caramelly as well. Flavour is fruity, mild berries, some caramel malts, ripe berries and bready malts. Sweet aftertaste.

Cask at Great British Beer Festival 2012, Olympia, London. A ruby/amber coloured pour with a small white head on top. Hoppy, malty, caramel aroma. Tastes similar, hoppy, malty, caramel, slight bitterness.

Got the last growler of the season at the brewery. Poured a molasses black with a pillowy brown head that lasted for awhile. Roasty toasty notes along with coffee, vanilla, and some chocolate. Yum.

Sample at the brewery. Named for the owner’s Springer Spaniel who roams around the brewery, this poured a thin brown with a white head that lasted a while. Taste is thin, a little too watery but nice caramel malts with just enough hops to even it out a little. A nice very easy brown.

Sample at the brewery tour. Poured a hazy yellow with an off white head. Nice hoppy light lager with a little herby flavor to it. Very easy to drink on a nice spring day.

A fairly decent porter, a little too middle of the road for me. Not quite a chocolate porter like advertised, but still very easy to drink, nice malt foundation, very lightly hopped just to add a little bitterness to even it out a bit. nice one.

An unbelievable and rare style these days of over doing the alcohol content in most of the stouts coming out. This is an extremely flavorful coffee stout, really a milk stout infused with delicious coffee. Black and oily with a tan head that lasts a little while, the aroma is of freshly brewed coffee, chocolate, and some vanilla notes. Taste is pretty much the same. Absolutely enjoyable, gald to have gotten it.

On draft at the brewery. Poured a watery dark brown, thin white head, aroma of dark fruit and sugar, some roasted nuts too. Nice but not very memorable.

On draft, poured an oily black with a tan head that lasted for awhile. A very good standard stout, roasted malts, bitter finish, but was very enjoyable.
