Bottle from Co-op, North Camp. Aroma is jammy and malty. Copper gold. Thin bubbly translucent white head. Light bitterness which then gains in strength. Grainy. Tart but watery citrus. Underlying cardboard malts. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Average carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. After the aroma which promised some character this as a watered-down Gold. Not good.

Pours a clear orange amber colour with a small foamy off-white head. The aroma is malty and caramel with some light fruity hop notes. A moderately sweet taste, sweet malts, caramel and fruity flavours with a light bittersweet finish

As still WFH and I likle the stats am adding on historical ticks. When the brewery first opened they were giving away samples at a local garden centre, where I tried this. Cask at the PoW, Farnborough.

10/1/2020. Cask at the Cricketers, Ipswich. Pours dark ruby brown with a small creamy off-white head. Aroma of liquorice, dried fruits, cooking chocolate, menthol cough sweets and moderate roasted malt. Medium sweetness and light bitterness. Medium body, oily texture, average to soft carbonation.
