(Cask at Kitty’s, 20130615) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was small, long lasting and white. Aroma had citricness, fruitiness, peach and some soap. Palate was medium bodied with low carbonation. Flavours were pine, citricness, grass, fruitiness, white bread, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was hoppy and bitter. A balanced beer with strong and good hop profile

(Cask at Akkurat, Stockholm, 17 May 2013) Golden colour with foamy, white head. Malty, fruity nose with tropical fruit, citrus and biscuity malt. Malty, fruity taste with notes of citrus, apricots, biscuity malt and a generous earthy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a slight malt sweetness. Tasty and refreshing. Nice one.

Cask at the Seven Stars, Rugby, 03/04/13. Clear golden with a good sized bubbly white head that retains well. Nose is pale malt, light soap, citrus, touch of grass, vague hop aroma. Taste comprises pale malt, citrus, grain, even more vague hop notes, pertty bland. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, light bitter notes in the finish. Easily quaffable but lacking any real depth or flavour, the blandometer is in the amber with this one!

Cask at the Craven Arms, Birmingham. Poured a clear amber with a thin bubbly white head. The aroma is malty, but weak. The flavour is weak bitter, a little malty and some citrus hints. A very agreeable and drinkable session beer but I would prefer a little more bitterness if i’m honest.

Cask-conditioned at the Globe, Frampton Cotterell, South Gloucestershire 15/2/2013. Amber with a slight white head. Sweetish, caramel and cereal malts, with a hint of citrus fruit and decent, bitter finish. Fine.

(Cask at Angleterre, 20120220) The beer poured dark brown and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had malts and chocolate. Palate was medium bodied with low carbonation. Flavours were malts, molasses, grass and bitterness. Afteraste was malty and bitter. A decent malty brew.
