750 ml clear screwcap bottle, batch #1-2022, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 8%. Clear and very pale yellow colour. Pours moderately sparkling with a small and shortlived white head. Pleasant aroma and flavour of Yellow Gravenstein dessert apples, medium sweet, a hint of sulphites.

Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish grassy, apple cores, sorrel, minerals, bark, grass, berry skin, apple peel, alcohol, sour berries, sour unripe apples. Taste is dry sour-ish grassy, sorrel, apple cores, berry skin, minerals, sour apples, heather, grass, bark, apple peel, alcohol. Medium bitterness, harsh sour-ish grassy mouthfeel. Fair enough.

500 ml slimline bottle, from the cidery. ABV is 8%. Clear red colour, pours sparkling with a small and shortlived head. Aroma of traditional Norwegian apple varieties, a hint of aronia. Reasonably dry flavour, with the same elements as the aroma. Quite decent.

500 ml slimline bottle, from the cidery. ABV is 8%. Clear and very pale golden colour, still cider. Very nice aroma of traditional Norwegian apple varieties. Medium dry flavour of apples, hints of tannins. I normally prefer moderately sparkling ciders, but this still one is quite nice.
