Description
Established in 1970 in Gyumri, Armenia's second-largest city, "Gyumri-Garejour" LLC has carved a niche in beer and malt production. Despite a setback from a destructive earthquake in 1988, which nearly razed the brewery, reconstruction efforts commenced post-privatization in 1995.
The brewery's production conforms to the international standard ISO 22000-2018 of Quality Management Systems and Requirements. It is one of the few breweries in the Trans-Caucasian Region, producing high-quality malt for its own needs.
With a rich history and a commitment to quality, "Gyumri-Garejour" LLC continues to carve out a niche in the brewing industry, delivering high-quality beer and malt to its customers in Armenia and beyond.

Bottled 500ml (Aitäh Eero!)
Deep golden color, tiny white head. Nose is metallc and skunky with odd herbal notes. Light-bodied. Sweetish malty, almost syrupy vibe then harsh herbal bitterness. Cardboard. Green bottle does not improve this beer. Restless tropical lager.

500ml bottle. Saw it fresh so decided to re-rate. Just under a month after production date. Pours clear gold with a medium-sized white head with low retention. Aroma is caramel, grain, a bit skunky. Taste is light sweet, malt, herbal hop, quite heavy skunkiness. Better this time. 330ml bottle, about a month past the best before date. Pours gold with a foamy white head. Aroma of malt and skunkiness. Taste is malty and metallic. 3, 2, 3, 2, 5 = 1.5
