label on the can says Adaman Holiday Ale, and made with Cinnamon, Ginger and Honey. That aside. Pours brown with a small off-white head that soon dissipates to a fine film. Aroma of mild spices. Flavor is bold (and a bit sweet) with mixed spices(Ginger especially), bitter walnuts, some cocoa notes and cola. The palate is full and viscous. A lovely winter ale.

Pour is a cloudy gold with a small white head. Aroma is generic malt with some citrus and banana. Flavor is citrus and a big time white sugar. This was sweet AF. Finish leaves some sugar on the tongue with a little alcohol. This was also was under carbonated. This one needed some work.
