Hazy amber color. Aroma and flavor rely on a very good malt character, summer fields; light honey touch. Strong bitterness, a bit resiny, but not much hop quality besides that. But it’s still a solid IPA.

Hazy light blond color. Light aroma of cheesy yeast. Dry and smooth; mild flavor of malt, some spice; correct bitterness.

Draught, Baladin, Roma. Orangey gold looks with a meek white head. Citrus, grassy hop and summer fruit in the beak. Very tasty hoppage emerged in the flavour in tandem with some citrus and sweet malt. Tidy balance struck. Very solid. Could chug away at this all night.

Hazy golden color. Slow gusher. Mild beery aroma; very dry mouthfeel, not much flavor going on; some alcohol perception; ordinary bitterness; traces of paper; partially refermented in the bottle, so probably the profile is no longer what it was supposed to be.
Don’t brew with honey.
