Hazy amber color; sparse head. The aroma is mild, it initially shows some fruity hops, and later the chinotto citrusy touch. Good caramel flavor, some residual sweetness, aromatic hops, partially fruity and resiny; it seems to bring the citrusy bitterness of chinotto drinks. Very good.

Hazy amber color, beautiful head. Light aroma of caramel, very light cheese and dust. Medium body strength, with good caramel flavor, very pleasant residual sweetness, strong bitterness, light fruitness. This one as well has a rather yeasty final, but it’s a good beer.

Blond color, hazy, with a beautiful head. Delicate fruity aroma, peach and apricots (maybe pear, as the brewer says). Malt flavor, mild, with some residual sweetness, light fruity touch, good bitterness level; unfortunately this one as well is too yeasty and you feel it in the end.

An hybrid, a Kölsch with Belgian yeast

Hazy blond color. The aroma is quite spicy, lightly fruity. Dry malt flavor, very spicy; a bit too yeasty. It’s actually very similar to a Saison, just with a leaner body.
