Bottle at astral beers. Pours kind of clear amber with a frothy head. Aroma is hoppy, with lots of pine, caramel. Medium to full body. Flavour is malty, somewhat sweet, very bitter. Grapefruit, pine, resin. Quite nice.

Tap, dark golden unclear color, creamy cap. Nose: tropical, strawberries, some piney. Mouth: sweet malty, warming, fruity, bitterness is silky.

bottiglia 33 cl, schiuma fine pannosa cappuccino persistente, color marrone intenso con riflessi mogano, al naso zucchero di canna bruciato liquore vino Porto poi esteri frutta matura uvetta sotto spirito leggero caffè cacao malto tostato e una punta di anice, in bocca è piena malto tostato frutta candita leggero liquirizia tante spezie, corpo strutturato, l'alcool si sente e riscalda, carbonazione moderata, dolce con amaro accentato lungo nel finale. Abbastanza secca ben attenuata. Ottima birra perfetta per le feste di Natale. Quando le birre italiane sono buone sono contento. 🎄☃️🕯️🎁 🇮🇹c. Fatti una birra 23.12.23

On tap @Luppolo Station (Rome). Bruna con riflessi rossastri, schiuma ecrù media. Al naso note di cioccolato fondente, caramello, frutta rossa. In bocca l'attacco è di caramello, frutta secca, cioccolato, la chiusura amara con leggera acidità. Corpo pieno, carbonazione media. Molto buona.

In bocca è abboccata all'attacco con splenda nota acida vinosa a chiudere. Corpo medio-pieno, carbonazione media. Intensa, rotonda, complessa, uno spettacolo!
