0.5l bottle from #106. Smells really nice this! Really loaded with fresh green pine cones, lots of tropical peachy sweet fruitiness and some resinous birch. Really balanced and delicious on the nose! In the glass it has a cloudy, almost a little murky-brown color and a big lasting and lacing off-white head. Tastes good also, quite a fair amount of dry bitterness. Again, lot of pine and birch bitterness. Yeah, lots of bitterness in this, but not too much either. Almost a little medicinal at times. Old fruits and some soil. I kinda liked this his one, the aroma more than the flavor, but I guess I could drink this again. 23.11.2014

On tap at the brewpub. An unclear dark golden to amber beer with a small, light beige head. The aroma is piney and resiny, with orange zest and a malty touch. It’s quite bitter on the palate, with caramel malty sweetness as a foundation. Pine cones and resins. Full body, semi sweet, and a pleasant carbonation. Long bitter finish. Pretty ordinary this one, unbalanced. 140502

Served chilled from tap at the brewpub, 250ml. Patchy surface resting on top of near-clear, orange-brown coloured body. Spotty surface. Citrus nose on a semi-sweet malty backbone. Hop driven taste of grapefruit, red oranges and malty sweetness leading to a dry, bitter end of citrus shells. Fine bodied. Smooth and food friendly (Oslo 06.08.2013).
