Draught@HBF2013. Hazy yellowish golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is fruity, wheaty and also has some slight acidic and spicy notes to it. Flavour is spices, wheat, citrus and some mild toffee. Balanced, but more caramelly and toffeeish than your normal wit.

Bottled@HBF2013. Hazy yellow colour with a small white head. Aroma is bready malts, some fruity and floral notes along with some mild yeasty notes. Flavour is earthy, herbal, citrusy with some funky and yeasty notes to it as well. Nice fruity and spicy aftertaste. Tasty and quite bodied for being only 4.7 %.

Bottled@HBF2013. (Thanks to Rauno, I recall). Slightly hazy orangeish amber colour with a small white foamy head. Aroma is fruity, floral, grassy and some mild caramel and bready malts. Flavour is fruity and floral with a quite crispy bready and caramelly maltyness. Balanced, and quite nicely bodied APA.

Bottled@HBF2013. More or less pitch black colour with a small brown head. Aroma is strong roasted malts, almost ashtray like ashes, some liquorice, caramel, coffee and mild tobacco and alcohol sweetness. Flavour is coffee, roasted malts, mild liquorice, some raisins, ripe fruits and mild alcohol. Pleasantly balanced and hides the abv quite nicely.

(Bottle, 0.33 l - BBE 28-02-2015 - lotto TE00213, at One Pint Pub, 20130508) The beer poured golden and hazy. Its head was quite large and white. Aroma had fruitiness, spices, sourness and yeast. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were pine, fruitiness, spices, mildly earth, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was hoppy, spicy and bitter. A very good mild saison.

(Bottle,0.33 l, at HBF2013) The beer poured black. Its head was medium sized and lightly brown. Aroma had roasted malts and liquorice. Palate was full bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were roasted malts, chocolate, liquorice, coffee and bitterness. Aftertaste was roasty and bitter. A good imperial stout.

Aroma has espresso, some cocoa and licorice. Flavour has lots of coffee, licorice and slightly salty licorice. Nice, I like the coffee notes here.

330ml bottle @ HBF 2013

Pours pitch black with a bubbly white head. Aroma of roasty malts, salty licorice, chocolate, coffee and espresso. Taste is sweet, salty and roasty with notes of licorice, chocolate and espresso. Finish is dry and roasty with some hoppy notes and hints of licorice. Quite tasty and balanced imperial stout.

Pours yellow with a foamy white head. Aroma of soapy fruits, spices, hints of yeast. Taste is refreshing, floral and fruity with notes of soap and spices. Finish is sweetish and floral with hints of fruits. Quite soapy and floral wit.
