Many thanks for this bottle to Erzengel. Pours a cloudy golden color with a white head. Aroma is wheat, light banana and light clove. Flavour is wheat, grain, straw and grass.

0,5l bottle from the brewpub. Best before 28.06.15. The beer starts sweetish-sourish, very plain, Fresh-refreshing, but not any relation to the original one. Sweetish-grainy, lots of sourness, quite mild-smooth, but very neutral. Bready and strange. Sad.

Milchig trübes goldgelbes Weizen mit schöner leicht beigen Schaumkrone. Geruch sehr hefig, fruchtig, Nelke. Geschmack hefig, getreidig, leicht phenolisch, fruchtig, Nelken, im Abgang schwach hefig fruchtig.
