Bottle from Bièrerie. Hazy dull amber, small white head. Light caramel, bready, elderflower, light earthy, roses, grassy, light metallic with a touch of yoghurt. Medium sweet and bitter. It says to drink this very cold which makes it indeed drinkeable, but this is not amazing.

Bottle from Brin de Paille Colmar. Hazy golden with a tall white head and floral nose. Light to medium bodied, malty base, flowery hoppy hints with a pleasant bitterness. Well balanced.

Bottle at picnic. But hazy golden with white head. Light malts, grainy, soft citrus and grassy hops. A touch of caramel and dry lemon rind, milky, dough. Bit mineral from the CO2. Just medium sweet and bitter. Under medium bodied with quite some carbonation.

Bière 50 cl. Robe blonde claire trouble, mousse fine. Nez léger sur les céréales, notes fruitées. Bouche légère sur les céréales. Bonne carbonatation, bière aqueuse. Rien de génial! (M)

Bière 50 cl. Robe ambrée foncée, fine mousse. Nez sur le caramel et épices. Gout malté et épicé, sucre et miel. Rien de dingue mais les bières de Noël sortent rarement du lot.

0.5l bottle from leclerc in strasbourg rivetoile, 4.50€. pours a cloudy pale orange with a medium head and some sediment. aroma of honey, grass, candy. flavour of almonds and grass. watery.

On tap the at the brewpub. 21/07/2015 two days after the Etape du Tour. Hazed / golden yellow coloured pour with a thin white head. Aroa is wheat and heather, light honey and stale grains, subdued. Flavour is composed of light wheat grains, spicy hop, doughy grains. Pretty ordinary, not much to it. Palate is thin, chalky, grainy, mod / high carbonation.

Cerveza especial, artesanal comprada en Estrasburgo. Nada comercial y difícil de encontrar fuera de la Alsacia. Color realmente blanquecino. Aroma muy potente con fuerte predominio de lima. Se nota el cítrico también en el sabor. Entra absolutamente como el agua, con muy poco carbónico y amargor contenido pero sin llegar a endulzar. Quizás se pueda decir que recuerda a un shandy. Pero no deja de ser una cerveza diferente, sorprendente y agradable.

Otra artesanal de la Storig. Dorada pálida turbia. Espuma duradera. Aroma a pera. Sabor extraño, no he probado nada igual. Quizá un poco insulsa, ningún asomo de malta ni apenas amargor. Sabor plano entre pera y quizás sidra natural. Entra bien (de verdad tiene 5,7 grados?) y pese al tamaño de la botella (65) logro acabarla sorbo a sorbo durante la primera parte de un partido de futbol... Pero no repetiré, Me gustó bastante más la blanche.

Aroma is light malty, light to moderate yeasty, citrus, perfume, lime, fruity, spicy, witbier yeast. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, spicy, witbier yeast, lime notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20121003]
