bottle at home from trade with Erzengel, many thanks. BB 16/06/2015. light yellow light hazy color. rather big white head. smell of bread, yeast, light off-smell, some citric notes, acidic. OKish smell. light body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. citric notes on taste, some sweetness, bread and burned malt, some ash. light citric citric / bready finish. taste is a bit unpleasant. smell is OK, overall not so crazy about this one.

33cl-bottle. Mild-fruchtiger Antrunk. Der Hauptteil ist mild und etwas wässrig. Vollmundig und leicht getreidig. Der Nachgeschmack ist mittellang, angenehm mild und leicht herb. --> tolles "Kölsch"! 12/13/10/11

Aroma is moderate malty, cereal, fruity, light grain, light to moderate hoppy. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, cardboard, cereal. Body is medium to light, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20121019]

Pappig bitterer Beginn mit geringer Würzigkeit. Später herber, die pappigen Noten verschwinden weitestgehend. Grasig, mild. Mit der Zeit würziger, deutlich herber und aussagekräftiger. Nichts Besonderes. 9/9/9/8/7/8
